European Union entrepreneurs know they can get EU funds but because of some EU stupides rules a big part of EU companies  and public institute

considere EU funds as a so complicated thing which can make them to arrive in prision

Because of this they rather prefer to let the business fail than to apply for EU founds
Because of this situation European banks

Austria and Romania banks can be in a great danger

The situation is so grave not just for Austria but also for Romania because of the following situation

50% of top 6 Romanian banks are from Austria and because this any time Austria will be hited as it had happened with Switzerland in 2009 Romania  banking affair will be serious affected
